Vendor Open Bid Process for Meals on Wheels Program
ElderCare of Alachua County, Inc. announces an open bid process for the provision of approximately 67,000 meals (combination of hot, cold, frozen or shelf stable) for our senior nutrition program. Vendor must be able to provide all meal types and meet all regulatory guidelines as outlined in current Florida Department of Elder Affairs Services Handbook. Complete proposal documents can be downloaded below. Hardcopies available by request in person at 5701 NW 34th Blvd. Gainesville Florida, 32653. Letters of Intent are due by 5 PM December 3rd, with full bid proposals due by 4 PM December 14 (if applicable). Letters/proposals received after these deadlines shall be rejected.
