✅ Offer essential home & community-based services 🏡
✅ Create engaging senior recreation programs 🎶🧘
✅ Support individuals with Alzheimer’s care & memory support 🧠
✅ Empower seniors through our Independence with Low Vision Program 🕶️

Your donation of any amount will help:
- $25 – Provides meals for ONE week for one senior through Meals on Wheels
- $50 – Provides FIVE rides for one senior through the Freedom in Motion program
- $75 – Provides a ONE day stay at Al’z Place, our day care facility for adults with memory impairment
- $100 – Provides an Emergency Response Alert button for FIVE months for ONE senior
