We’re excited to invite you to Medication Take Back Day on Saturday, October 26th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Senior Recreation Center! As part of Joy’s Annual Craft Show, this free event is a safe and easy way to dispose of old, unwanted, or expired medications. Let’s prevent substance misuse and protect our environment together!

What’s accepted: All medications except sharps and aerosols.
Where: Senior Recreation Center, 5701 NW 34th Blvd, Gainesville, FL.

Stop by, drop off your medications, and stay for the craft show fun! We look forward to seeing you there.

Plus, the HPW Coalition will be there to provide more information and community resources. Don’t miss out!

Remember, we accept:

  • Over-the-counter meds
  • Prescription meds
  • Vape cartridges (pods)
  • Vape liquids
  • Vaping devices (batteries must be removed)

❗️ Please note: Sharps, needles, and aerosolized drugs like inhalers cannot be accepted.
