Parkinson’s Exercise Program

Days & Times:

Tuesdays: 11am-12pm

Thursdays: 11am-12pm

This program is specifically tailored to “Persons with Parkinson’s” (PWP). It is designed to help overcome physical limitations, improve mobility, flexibility and balance, restore confidence and develop camaraderie among participants. The program is approximately an hour in duration and includes both sitting and standing exercises routines. Participants with limited mobility should be accompanied by their caregiver. Please wear comfortable clothing (shorts, t-shirt, and athletic shoes). This is a hybrid class and is currently offered in-person and virtually through Zoom.
