
The UF College of Nursing will host a 2-Day Technology Workshop on Tuesday, July 16th from 2:30pm-4:30pm, and Wednesday, July 17th from 12:00pm-2:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pmat the Alachua Senior Recreation Center at 5701 NW 34th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32653.
We’re thrilled to bring you a fantastic learning opportunity designed especially with our cherished seniors in mind – the UF Nursing Students’ Technology for Seniors Workshop! We believe staying connected is vital, especially in today’s digital age, and we want to equip you with the necessary skills to do just that.
This workshop aims to empower you by providing step-by-step technology training, breaking down complexities, and answering any queries you may have.

- Learn the basics of using a computer including how to open or use an internet browser, send emails, connect to the community, and more!
Wednesday, July 17, 2024 from 12:00pm-2:00pm & 2:00pm-4:00pm:
- Learn the basics of Facebook, including how to create an account, sign into your account, and connect with your friends and family!
