Are you interested in participating in a unique study focused on driving automation and older adults? The University of Florida’s Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering is looking for volunteers aged 65-89 to take part in a Driving Automation Consumer Education Research Study. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to important research, and you will be compensated for your participation!
You may qualify if you:
- Are between 65-89 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Drove within the last 3 months
- Do not have cognitive decline
- Did not participate in UF’s 2021 ACC study
What’s Involved?
- A 15-minute phone screening for eligibility
- A one-time (~3 hour) visit to UF’s Human Systems Engineering Lab to try out their advanced driving simulator!
