The next AARP Educational Seminar monthly meeting will be on Monday, April 3rd, at 9:30am and will continue on the first Monday of every month (Except for July & August) through December 2023! This program is hybrid and will be offered in-person and virtually through Zoom!

The Ramos family started Touching Hearts at Home after Christina’s grandmother, Rita, was diagnosed with dementia. It was the first time the Ramos family had dealt with the declining health of a loved one. After two years of learning everything about the disease, medications, specialty doctors and how to provide proper care for her dementia, the Ramos family realized they could help other families dealing with the same challenges. That’s when they started Touching Hearts at Home. Touching Hearts at Home is blessed to serve seniors and adults in our community for over eleven (11) years with an exceptional CareTeam and leadership.
Touching Hearts at Home offers non-medical homecare for seniors seeking care and support with activities of daily living to include bathing/personal hygiene, eating and meal preparation, dressing, toileting, medication reminders, and transferring or ambulating and so much more!
