Join our free monthly COPD Support Group designed to help individuals living with COPD breathe easier, stay active, and feel supported. Led by experienced respiratory therapists, this relaxed and welcoming group offers practical breathing techniques, medication and inhaler guidance, energy-saving tips, and the opportunity to connect with others facing similar challenges. Caregivers are welcome to attend. Meetings are held on the from 3:00–4:00 p.m. at the Senior Recreation Center, 5701 NW 34th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32653.
