Eligibility requirements include having normal vision, no history of psychological disorders, no neurological conditions, and being between ages 65 and 75. Participants will receive a $10 gift card. Help Support UF Research on Color and Emotion

Adults ages 65–75 are invited to participate in a University of Florida research study exploring how the brain connects color and emotion.

This online study is being conducted by a UF undergraduate student as part of an honors thesis and takes approximately 40–50 minutes to complete. Participants who complete the survey will receive a $10 Amazon gift card as a thank-you for their time.

During the study, participants will compare colors and emotions in images and complete brief evaluations related to emotional responses.

Eligibility includes:

  • Ages 65–75
  • Normal vision
  • No history of neurological disorders
  • No history of psychological disorders
  • Not currently pregnant

Please note that some images in the survey may be emotionally challenging for some individuals, and participants may exit the survey at any time.
